1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any service operated by Vig Solutions LLC, operating as AllureLMS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

These Terms of Service apply to our unified ecosystem of services:

• allurelms.com - Our AI-native learning management system
• connect.allurelms.com - Our SCORM API and integration service
• trainingos.allurelms.com - Our training content authoring platform

If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use any of these services.

2. Service Description

AllureLMS provides an AI-native learning management ecosystem that includes:

• A learning management system with AI-powered adaptive learning capabilities
• SCORM-compliant content delivery and tracking
• Training content authoring and management tools
• API services for learning management integration
• Single sign-on authentication across all services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Your account grants access to all services in our ecosystem (allurelms.com, connect.allurelms.com, and trainingos) under the same credentials.

4. OAuth Authentication Terms

We offer authentication through third-party OAuth providers (such as Google) for your convenience. By using OAuth authentication:

• You authorize us to access your basic profile information from the OAuth provider
• You acknowledge that your account will be linked across all AllureLMS services
• You agree that disconnecting your OAuth provider may affect your ability to access the Service
• You remain responsible for any activity on your account, regardless of authentication method

We are not responsible for any issues arising from the third-party OAuth provider's service availability or policies.

5. Use License

AllureLMS grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the materials except for your own backup purposes
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose beyond your licensed subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use automated systems to access the Service without prior authorization

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, SCORM packages, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to your Content. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website
• To access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without authorization

8. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide AllureLMS with accurate and complete billing information.

Your subscription grants access to all services in our ecosystem, subject to your plan's feature limitations and usage quotas.

9. Free Trial

AllureLMS may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the free trial.

10. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting info@allurelms.com. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 30-day period.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vig Solutions LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

13. Disclaimer

The materials on AllureLMS's services are provided on an "as is" basis. AllureLMS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, AllureLMS does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to these services.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
